hello. Everyone and welcome today. Iwant to do a review of a take down bow. Igot just a couple of months prior to the bow season opener. One sent this bow you know am. Igetting paid any kind of sponsorship. Anything like I want to do a review of. Iwas looking at this particular bow. Icouldn't find any reviews. It isn't one of the. More popular take down re curves out there. Now only having a couple of months to practice with. This boat before the bow season opener my bow season was mainly about learning how to carry a recurve bow in the woods. What I mean by learning how to carry. It is during the bow season here in Alabama there's still a lot of foliage on the trees scrub brush things of. That nature and the area. That a hunt in is a mountainous terrain there's a lot of cliffs rocks things of. That nature I haven't hunted with a bow in 30 years. Even back then I hunted with a compound bow so. This was a new experience for me the bow. Ihave is the pse Night Hawk. This particular bow is in 45 pound draw weight. And it's 62 inches long so that's. What I mean by learning how to carry a bow like. This in the woods because of the length of. You wouldn't think that a bow in. This price range wouldn't be the quality of manufacturer. It is composite limbs hardwood riser the ergonomics on.

This bow is just fantastic like. This bow literally for hours. Iwas learning an instinctive style. And there are a ton of accessory porch. You got to up here for you know quiver bow fishing real plunger style arrow rest port on the front it's got. Another accessory hole for again bow fishing reel. Or stabilizer now in the video. When I'm shooting this bow I'm using 500 spines. Or your goat if arrows. That are uncut and a hundred. And ten grain field tips. Iuse 125 grain broad head. Iwas shooting at about 35 yards. Iconsider 3540 kinds of the maximum ethical shot so to speak. They call you know beginner bows survival bows. Whatever I wouldn't call. These a beginner bows. Ithink that's kind of misleading because. It does take skill to learn an instinctive style. These bows again have no sights on them. Ishoot my own without sides. These bows are easy to set up. One up myself just with a square laying it across the arrow rest. Now the recommended draw height on. This particular bow.

Ithink it's seven and five eighths. Ihave found that running mine at about seven. And a quarter is kind of the sweet spot for this bow. You can see I have my own. You know kind of DIY whoever mounted to. It the reason for I was looking at Quivers. Isaw a couple of different styles. You know you had the. You carry on your back the. One to carry on your leg. And the ones that mounted to the bow seemed like. They were kind of bulky. And the other ones mounted to the take down lugs themselves. All ran like a hundred. And eighty bucks for the ones. That mounted to the bow. Isaid I'm just not going to pay. That for something I could make myself so that's. If you're asking to wonder about the quiver on there that's the Iowa I'm not affiliated with PSE.

They didn't send me the boat I'm not affiliated with. You know warrior arrows. Nobody sent me those. Igot on my own made my own. Ijust thought it would be a good piece to add to your. You know bug out prepared lifestyle arsenal. If you're looking to get into archery on the cheap. Ibelieve you know the PSA is a good way to go. Ijust wanted to kind of get. That out there although. Something may cost less doesn't mean. That the quality of manufacturer is less so anyway that's my review. And rant, and we'll see y'all next time.

Hey guys Dave Thomas surfboard plant calm on today's show we're showing you the brand-new never-before-seen edge sb1 from Diamond archery the new edge is not your normal bow. This ball has a lot of capabilities to. One of the biggest ones is the adjust ability. This ball can fit pretty much. Anybody from a youth hunter a woman hunter. Or a man hunter this boat can fit a person. Any size pretty much the bow goes 70 270 pounds. It also has a 15 to 30 inch draw length so. You think about it's pretty amazing to have. That capability one package as. You can see the bow comes in a package. And so give you your stabilizer your rest your sight. And a quiver one package. One of the best parts is. You have all the capability in your camp system here to make the adjustments to do your draw links. You don't know how to do. It no big deal diamonds got. You covered in this new bow they're launching a whole new system adjust my bow comm in. This place you'll be able to see the proper shooting stance. How to grip your bow anchor point 101. How to adjust the draw length on the edge sb1 adjusting the draw weight on the edge sp1. And adjusting the arrow rust on the edge sp1 so the boat.

This bow is very simple to use. It features a bunch of cool technology but. One of the coolest parts. Ilove about this min/max concept here on your weight. You make your adjust ability on the limbs. It tells you right here the min. You can go a lot of times. When you're working with kids bows. And get a kid involved. You don't know you can go before the pin is going to come out. It kind of makes you nervous so. This is a great ability to make sure you're on the same spot on. Both top and bottom of your limbs so the edge SP features draw weights of 70 to 70 pounds speed is 318 feet per second axel 31 inches brace height is 7 inches draw lengths range from 15 to 30 inches.

And a mass weight is 36 pounds. You bow here one of the things. Iwant to say real quick before. Even get going with. This bow is that having. That adjust ability is critical in the field. And having the ability to set. This ball for someone else to. You need that is amazing and be able to shoot. This bow right and then adjust. It down to fit my seven-year-old son is actually amazing so let's take. Some shots it feels here so it's really smooth that's why I noticed about. It features the pioneer camp system 1-1. This Kansas has been very known by bo tech over the years. And people really loved. That are high in miles you're getting pretty much the same binary cam technology so really cool to have. That is Bo and cool remote. Ican use that technology across their platforms again very smooth for bolas not very expensive. This boat was really shook very nice and again.

That ability to shoot. This thing in the field will honey with. It on take game big game with. This boat no problem. You really can't be done. All right so there you have the new diamond edge sb1 make sure. You guys check this box brand-new it's hot it's ready to go just hit in the market here. This bow again gives. You such capability with adjust ability. And having these little technical amazing features allow. You to really hone in on making sure. You understand what's going on with your bow. And also make you about Archer. Because you're going to know exactly. Where you're at your make sure you're in tune. You have the right exact adjust on bolt on. Both pockets again perfect bow for any archer who wants to get out. And test the waters. This year even the pro archer use. This bow and still shooting very good at a reasonable ft/s tonnage uh stability. And it's all around just a great bow. You know I guess the best thing about. Iactually kind of really enjoyed your shooting it's a shooting bow it's a lot of fun it's got a good look to it's got.

Some cool cutouts to. It's a it's very light it's efficient easy to pack in easy to pack out your bill to get in. And out of your Greece. And no problem with. This bow it also like. You know I can adjust. And fit my son let him shoot. This Bala CI he does simply by making some adjustments on my mods. And also making the adjustments here on my pockets to get. It down just like that, so I'm doing Tolleson boner planet make sure. You check out diamond artery online. And check out the new edge SP one.

Black Widow custom bows presents installing string silencers your string is going to come with four Spyder silencers. You take your string apart here. These strains are they do have a lower. And an upper in the lower loop is generally a little smaller. Than the upper loop. And that's one way to tell so. This is going to be my go on my lower tip. You can also tell by the serving is always going to end. And there'll be a little bitty a little bitty not there. That serving ends there on the lower string so. Once you've determined your lower string your lower loop. That out now we're ready to put the string silencers in a good place to start on the string silencers is a neighborhood of 10 inches. And 14 inches from the end of the loop so. We come in here they're heard of 10 inches. What you want to do is take. This just slightly untwist the string and separate the red layers the red. And the black layers like so. These silencers. These spider silencers are going to have two cutouts on. Each side of the body your Reds your red string is going to go on. One side your black on the other, so they're very simple to put in.

You just want to slide the spider the upper half the spider through the string like so. And then as you pull the string back tied again. And twist it back up. Each side of that string. That slides into the body like. That so there's really no wrong way of putting it in as long as your strings on. Each side of the body come down about four inches write. It again finds your lost spider right there Oh stick. It in some deal slide together twist the string back up. These string silencers the good part about. These type you don't really like. Where they're at think. You can make things a little better they're easy to slide. You can just slide those up. And down the string just kind of. Wherever they feel good to.

This is the 2017 bear archery Cruiser g2 nice entry-level bow about a $400 bow right out of the box comes with a trophy Ridge 4 pin sites. That is lighted you can turn. And it'll light if you're in a low light situation your pens will light up comes with a trophy Ridge whiskered biscuit arrow rest like. This there's a lot of different information out there about a lot of different rests I'm just getting started so. Iwant things to be really basic until. Ican move up and get into. Something a little more extreme. This has been a really nice rest I've only fired. This bow maybe 20 times 30 times the only issue I've had with. It is right out of the box the top cam had a pretty good lean to. They set it up for me. They lasered in the whisker biscuit. That of course I straightened up the cam lean set my trajectory my arrow off so. All straightened out. Now I'm just working on finishing citing it in light right. It set to 55 pounds its like. Isaid I'm just getting started. You want to get familiar with using the compound bow but otherwise I've been pretty happy with. It comes with a wrist drop. And a damper and yeah that's the bow let's take a look at. Some other things. Igot oh yeah it also comes with a nice five. One two three four you know five arrow quivers which is great.

Because I've already broke. One of my compound arrows the arrows. Ichose just for getting started. These are the vital impact carbon I've got the 400 spine plastic veins got a nice pointed field tip got my draw links set to 28 inches, so I've got my arrows cut to 29. And a half I also chose a true fire trigger release dual jaw been really happy with. This so far again just getting started so learning a lot. Another thing that the bow comes with on the g2 is. It comes with two more additional sets of cams you've got two cams to be able to adjust in half inch increments on draw. And then you've got a full draw so there's no there's no adjustment on. It's just full draw. What I have on it right. Now are the 1-inch increment cam 2. Or draw adjusters so that's kind of nice feature. You want to get a little bit. More detailed in your draw length adjustment so that's my bow setup let's let's get set up.

And take a few shots alright so. This first set I'm going to shoot is going to be at 20 yards. If I'm happy with that I'll go ahead. And move back to 30. And then on back to 40 so here. All right that second shot. Ipulled the bow a little bit. Irelease so I know that's why. That one's high but hythe on these two is pretty good I'm shooting a little bit to my left but I'm gonna continue to shoot would. It set like it is get. More familiar with I make too. More adjustments I think I'm pretty close. All right let's going back to 30 yards go. And have a lot of explanation for those kind. All over the place but again I'm going to give. This a little more time of practicing with. It before I get too carried away with adjustments. If anybody's got any recommendations for me certainly leave a comment down below don't forget to subscribe.

And tell what you think of what I'm doing here. Now I'm gonna go ahead. And shoot 40 yards yeah. You heard and stuck. One right in that plywood. And its hard plywood. This is why you always want to put hay bales around your target they're hard to get out of their um. More spread a little. More off to the left so. Ithink I'm gonna go ahead. That sight adjusted a little better.

You did hear that right 5 to 70 pounds it's probably the. Most adjustment on a single bow on a single set of limbs that's on the market today.

What I really like about. This bow as you heard is its very quiet. It shoots very comfortably it's got a very trim low wrist style grip that's torque free. It actually is very similar to the grips on pretty much. All bears upper end bows so. This bow has a lot of features. And a lot of performance. All packed into a 32-inch axle to axle length but. This bowl only retails for 399 manufacturer's suggested retail price. You asked I don't think. Any better this bows been pounded tacks at 20 yards. Iplan on shooting at 30. And 40 in just a moment here thanks for watching today. You want to learn more about the cruiser go to bear archery products calm. Or visit your local retailer.

Hey guys what's going on Scott Evans here with feathers antlers outdoors just wanted to do a quick review for y'all on the new 2018-2019 bear divergent. That recently just hit the market literally a. Few weeks ago this is a. And I'm very excited about. This is bears flagship bow. This year some of the things I'm very excited to see is its much obviously as. You can see much shorter compact bow 28 inch axel so. This bow will just about fit in your pocket so. Any guys out west they're doing a loss spot in stalking this is a perfect bow for you still got the hybrid cams on there so it's a speed boat with a 75% led off. This bows available. Ithink 55 no excuse. Me 45 to 60 pounds and then 60 to 70 pounds. If I'm not mistaken. Something like that very light very quiet on the draw. And the release excellent price point six ninety-nine is the MSRP on. This bow just this is actually the bow I'm gonna be shooting here for a little. While just because I've actually never shot a bow. This short consistently I've shot a couple different bows at the 80s but. One I'm very excited about a completely different riser. And it's just unreal. How light this thing is course. You would expect that with a short bow but. This one's a little bit of an exception, but we're gonna shoot through the corona graph shooting about a 400 grand arrow a 29-inch draw. And we're gonna see. What it does same thing duplicate mmm solid back wall very solid very little vibration just a sweet shooting bow man for the money it's.

Nothing compares to. It so as I'm drawing right there. Ijust smoke in it so overall the very divergent very shootable bow very comfortable bow feels good in the hands little to no vibration whatsoever. Iwas shooting this without a stabilizer so stabilizer would help. More of course for 700 bucks you're getting a bow that's 28 28 inch axel basically fits in your pocket like. Isaid earlier the shoots 300 feet per second. And actually it'll probably do a little bit better. Iwas shooting a whisper biscuit so. You throw a good drop away rest on their get a. More feet per second out there but man overall. If y'all haven't shot. This bowI'd highly recommend trying it out very good bow for the money give. Is a call you can come into our store. What you think you might be surprised.

The coyote is a take down bow so. You will need to attach the limbs to the riser using the. Provided hex bolts a proper key was included with the package. You will then need to string the bow which is very easy. You have a stringer all-in-all a beginner should be done with assembly in ten to fifteen minutes at. How powerful and accurate is the pse coyote. This bow has a pretty short brace height 625 inches compared to. Most other recurve bows. This increases the distance the string travels. When drawn and hence delivers. More power and kinetic energy to the arrow. It is shot the exact power output will depend greatly on bow setup the longer your draw length the. More powerful it will be the higher the poundage the. More powerful fiber is the heavier the arrows. You shoot the more powerful. It is overall though it's a pretty powerful bow. You can comfortably use. It to target practice from 30 to 50 yards. If you've got the aim for it as far as accuracy goes its on par with other bows in. This price range such as the martin saddle. Or pse black hawk there is no grip torque. Icould notice and the limbs did not sway to the sides. When releasing the string how accurately. You can shoot will pretty much depend entirely on your skill level pebble will definitely not get in the way of. You make a dead-on shot. Ieasily got two inches error groups from 35 40 yards away for what it's worth is the coyote suitable for hunting the coyote is relatively heavy for a recurve bow. If compound bow shooters can easily carry a 45 pounds weapon you'll be able to handle the tilde 31 pounds coyote just fine as well just remember.

You shot lighter records in the past. You might need a few days to get used to carrying around. This pse with you in the field. Ialso find the 60 inches length on Fizeau to be perfect for my tastes it's long enough to make for a stable platform but short enough to be easily maneuvered in a tree stand. And other title occasions I'd say Fizeau is definitely well-suited for hunting especially. You get the 45 hash. Or heavier model assuming you use heavy enough arrows. Than 400 grain it will easily deliver enough kinetic energy to achieve a full pass through on a deer. Even elk from 30 to 40 yards assuming you can make an ethical shot from. This distance is the pse coyote suitable for beginners pse coyote — I'd say. It depends on the low brace height is less forgiving of form mistakes beginner archers are likely to experience a lot of strings slap which basically means. Unless your arm is rotated under a perfect angle. And your grip is dead-on perfect the string will likely slap your forearm.

Once in a while which isn't dangerous but definitely isn't Pleasant. Either I'd say definitely get an armed guard to help alleviate the problem additionally there is. Some problem with stacking the bow being somewhat hard to draw. It approaches its intended 28 inches draw length. And goes beyond it the fact. That the coyote is a take down bow makes. It a good choice for beginners. Though as it's easy to remove the limbs. And switch them for heavier ones. When your form and strength improve no need to buy a whole new bow to increase the poundage the size of the bow is also suitable for beginners. Though its weights over three pounds could be a little troubling at first for smaller framed archers especially during prolonged training sessions.

Something you should get used to quite quickly. Though overall I recommend checking out our recommendations in the best beginner bows section. None of the bows to meet your needs. You can definitely go for the coyote does. This recurves bow accept accessories yes. It comes drilled and threaded fully ready to accept. Any accessories you can install a stabilizer to reduce vibrations about sight. Or an arrow quiver personally. Iprefer shooting instinctively. And without any extras installed but. This is of course a matter of personal preference just remember the coyote package does not include. Any of the accessories. You will need to buy those separately arrows for the pse coyote as it's the case with an Evo. You will need to choose the arrows based on your draw length as well as intended use for instance. You plan to hunt you'll want slightly heavier arrows as. They will deliver more kinetic energy. And hence more flesh penetration on the other hand for target shooting purposes a lighter arrow will be better as.

It will fly straighter resulting in better accuracy on longer thirty-plus yards distances please check out our guide on choosing arrows for a recurve bow. You will learn everything you need to know about the subject personally. That the coyote prefers heavier. Than average shafts with lighter shafts vibration can be somewhat. More noticeable 450 plus grain arrows would be my personal recommendation is tha's were comfortable to hold personally. It very comfortable to hold my hand is medium-sized. And the grip fits just perfectly did not get. Any blisters even after prolonged shooting sessions. And there was no noticeable talking the grip. Either was very easy to hold. When aiming and did not feel like the grip was digging into a specific region of my palm definitely. One of the stronger sides of the coyote.

This is in fact very important. You can't shoot about well no matter. How good it doesn't feel right. And comfortable in the hand. You have than 28 inches of draw length. Most recurve bows can be pulled well past their advertised draw length of 28 inches with the pse coyote. However there are some serious stacking assumes. That occur you past the 28 inches mark drawing the bow from the 28 inches to the 30 inches range for example feels almost like pulling one pounds. If you're a person with a higher. Than average 28 inches draw length I'd have to say avoid the coyote at. All costs materials. And durability riser limbs the machined aluminum riser is as strong as. They come as far as archery bows go the pockets are well-designed. Ihave no difficulties inserting the limbs into them the attachment is tight. And secure I do need to say a. Few words about the limbs back. When the pse coyote was released. It came with really weak. And low-quality limbs which tended to crack.

And explode during shooting sessions for no apparent reason. And without being abused. This of course created a lot of negativity around the product in a later release of the coyote. However pse included a new brand of limbs made from completely different materials as a result. Any new package you buy after 2011 will come with. These new limbs that are well-designed look great. Most importantly are very durable. And do not crack what string fits the pse coyote does. It except fast flight strings the string. That comes with the coyote seems decent. Idon't know how long. It can last with average use as. Iimmediately replaced. It with a ffs string and yes the limb tips are reinforced with phenolic plastic with the tips which means. This bow is fully capable of handling fast flight strings is the coyote. Or heavy bow it's not particularly heavy.

Though not light many recurve bows weigh two point five pounds. And sometimes less than at three pounds I'd say the coyote is of average weight leaning slightly towards the heavier range I'm used to shooting compound bows which are much heavier. Then re curves so the coyote feels like to. If you're a beginner with a small frame be prepared for a. Few days to pass before. You get used to the weight. How loud is this bow it's decently loud without a stabilizer. Or string silence as installed personally. Idon't mind my bows being loud so it's not a for me. You do prefer require the shooting experience. However I'd say you will at least need to install. Some whisker silencers which you'll need to buy separately of course buying a used PSE coyote for sale.

Idon't advise beginner archers to purchase use edibles as. They can't really tell. What condition the product is in. What may look like a perfectly fine bow might not be so tall. You do insist on buying a used. One from eBay or Craigslist make sure. That the bow was purchased after 2011 otherwise. You will be getting a model with the older highly unreliable limbs.
